Canvas includes a word processor that is available to instructors and students any time they create new content within
Assignments, Pages, Announcements, Discussions, or Quizzes.

Though it's simple and easy to use, like any word processor or text editor, the Rich Content Editor can also do much more than meets the eye. Anything that can be viewed in a web browser can be inserted or embedded as content including: audio or video content, images, and most types of documents from the UT Box or Google Drive account.
