To add the HDFS SEA 1.432 Ricoh or Dell Printer/Copier/Scanner to your computer:
RicohWindows 10- In Control Panel select 'Printers and Scanners'
- Select 'Add a printer' at the top right
- Select 'The printer that I want isn't listed'
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or host name' [Click 'Next']
- For IP address, type 172.17.3.130 and allow the Port Name to autocomplete [Click 'Next']
- Ensure 'Query the printer and automatically select driver to use' is checked [Click 'Next']
- Windows should automatically detect the correct driver. If not, select 'Windows Update' and browse to: Ricoh IM 6000 CFL6 V4 JPN or SEA 1.432: Ricoh IM 6000 [Click 'Next']
- Name the printer [Click 'Next']
- Choose to share or not [Click 'Next']
- The printer should be added [Click 'Finish']
Dell
- In Control Panel select 'Printers and Scanners'
- Select 'Add a printer' at the top right
- Select 'The printer that I want isn't listed'
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or host name' [Click 'Next']
- For IP address, type 172.17.89.23 and allow the Port Name to autocomplete [Click 'Next']
- Ensure 'Query the printer and automatically select driver to use' is checked [Click 'Next']
- Windows should automatically detect the correct driver. If not, select 'Windows Update' and browse to: Dell-C2665dnf-D35F3D or SEA 1.432: Dell-C2665dnf [Click 'Next']
- Name the printer [Click 'Next']
- Choose to share or not [Click 'Next']
- The printer should be added [Click 'Finish']

RicohMac OS- Open "System Preferences" and click on "Printers and Scanners"
- Click on the '+' or 'Add Printer' and that will bring up a new window
- Pick "IP" at the top of the window and choose 'Internet Printing Protocol - IPP' for the protocol
- The 'Address' is: 172.17.3.130
- For 'Name' pick something that makes sense to you, and either choose whatever you like for 'Location' or you can leave it blank [Click 'Add']
- The printer should be added.
Dell- Open "System Preferences" and click on "Printers and Scanners"
- Click on the '+' or 'Add Printer' and that will bring up a new window
- Pick "IP" at the top of the window and choose 'Internet Printing Protocol - IPP' for the protocol
- The 'Address' is: 172.17.89.23
- For 'Name' pick something that makes sense to you, and either choose whatever you like for 'Location' or you can leave it blank [Click 'Add']
- The printer should be added.
