Toubleshooting Office 365 Email Client Issues

I cannot setup a new email profile in Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 using the normal auto configuration process.
- Try to set up your profile using the manual process described at Manually Configuring Outlook 2010/2013 for Windows with an Office 365 McCombs Mailbox
I try to open another mailbox or calendar, but it looks empty.
- Try deleting your Outlook cached credentials as described at Clear Outlook Cached Credentials in Windows Credential Manager
I get the following errors when trying to set up my Outlook profile:

"An encrypted connection to your mail server is not available."
"The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable."

Try resetting up you profile but be sure to leave the password field BLANK on the initial profile configuration page.
