Exhibition records are used to track rotations of collection objects in our galleries by calendar year. This activity is tracked by registrars.

Venues are used for each change, from beginning to end of the calendar year. Venue begin dates are date of new change, end of venue date will remain empty until the next scheduled change. At that time, add the closing date of the previous rotation when adding a new venue.
Venue mnemonic for rotation exhibition records should use year, the initial R, and consecutive numbers for each rotation. 2022.R.1
For each rotation, use the included/excluded objects lists to indicate what is on view during that date range.
Use Remarks to describe the purpose of each rotation including general summary of works new on view and those removed:
- Object removed for outgoing loan
- Mary Corse returns to mod-con from Mezz and El Siaeh returns to storage Install: Alice Baber in Mezz
- LAA Contemporary Gallery rotation, A5
