Rotations - Permanent Collection
Exhibition records are used to track all rotations of collection objects in our galleries for each calendar year. This activity is tracked by registrars.

Rotations 2023
Venues are used for each change, from beginning to end of each calendar year.
Link Blanton constituent record as venue
Venue begin date: date of change or first date of work in gallery
Venue end date: will remain empty until the next rotation venue is added. At that time, add the end date of the previous rotation when adding a new venue.
Venue mnemonic: use a shorthand date and a keyword for quick reference in the venue hierarchy at left
26.01.28 Warhol
26.04.23 ModCon
For each rotation, use the included/excluded objects lists to indicate what is on view during that date range.
Use Remarks to describe the purpose of each rotation including general summary of works new on view and those removed (at a glance, what changed). Add your name to the Venue Contact box so your colleagues can know who to contact with questions.
