Individual instruction courses, such as X97 Research Problems, 698 Thesis, and X99 Dissertation require instructor approval before a student can sign up for the course.
For students who have a faculty supervisor, this approval will be granted through the PhD and MS registration forms.
This process is hosted on DocuSign which can be found HERE. Once you fill out the form, it will be sent to the faculty member.
