Email | Office 365 mail is the cloud-based email and calendar system that is provided by ITS for UT Austin as part of the larger Office 365 application/productivity suite. Phone Conferencing | ITS provides telephone and voices services (VoIP, analog and phones) to colleges and departments at university owned/leased facilities in greater Austin. All University VoIP phone lines have a Personal Telephone Conference Bridge also refered to as Meet Me Conference. Meet-Me Conference bridge capacity is 10 participants (yourself + 9).
