  13. Donor, funder, source (related constituents)
  14. Provenance related constituents
  15. Value

Required fields for new acquisitions are:

  1. Artist biography for internal records
  2. Acquisition justification


These fields are required to record accession details:

  1. Credit line
  2. Date of accession
  3. Object status
  4. Acquisition type
  5. Committee approval date (as of May 2022, the Acquisition Review Committee)
