Duties include:
Develop and implement broader publicity/marketing/communication strategy for the department, including academic and season-related content and messaging
Coordinate and place digital, print and radio advertisements
Manage/coordinate print materials for production season, assist with development of admissions print materials, etc.
Connect with media contacts and serve as a liaison for press inquiries
Oversee and approve usage of the department logo
Serve as a liaison for photography/videography requests for departmental events
Oversee copy edits and imagery updates on the department website, in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist
Provide and coordinate graphic design support when required for departmental events
Oversee the department’s physical archives, in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist
