Duties include: 

• Develop and implement broader publicity/marketing/communication strategy for the department, including academic and season-related content and messaging

• Coordinate and place digital, print and radio advertisements

• Manage/coordinate print materials for production season, assist with development of admissions print materials, etc.

• Connect with media contacts and serve as a liaison for press inquiries

• Oversee and approve usage of the department logo

• Serve as a liaison for photography/videography requests for departmental events

• Oversee web strategy, including copywriting and photo selection

• Provide and coordinate graphic design support when required for departmental events

• Oversee the department’s physical archives, in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist
