If you start a night for IGRINS observing and Atlas, the observing room computer, seems frozen you first try calling John Kuehne (ask for phone number) if you can. He might need to power cycle the computer.be able to reset Atlas and diagnose the issue. If you are unable to contact him and still need to reset atlas, follow the instructions below.
If you are not an experienced observer DO NOT attempt this, instead call for observing support staff using the walkie-talkie, the phone in the observing room, or your personal phone calling the numbers on the white board in the observing room.
