Introduction
The HUB/SB Program Office regularly attends Outreach events hosted by various agencies and other HUB support agencies in Texas. The guide will help you navigate through the outreach events processing including travel, calendar, registration, and reimbursement.
Event Information
A request or invite to attend an event will either arrive to the uthub-hsp@austin.utexas.edu email or the HUB Director will send an email with the forwarded invite/registration information. The email should contain the following information for the HUB staff member to successfully begin processing the invitation:
