The Graduate Coordinator prepares letters and petitions for various reasons. If you find yourself in need of a letter or petition, please allow a three business day turnaround time to prepare the letter or petition.
Examples of circumstances that may require letters:
- Degree requirement verification
- Employment verification
- Enrollment verification
- Internationally residing family invitation to graduation
Examples of circumstances that require petitions:
- Late add/drop of courses
- Late grade status change
- Late registration
- GPA below the 3.0 minimum for academic employment
