Enter full address with display name in address. Reports will use the name in the display address.
Always enter country, using USA for American addresses. This will assist in sorting exhibition lenders by country.
Staff and Contacts for businesses and institutions
Always link the constituent record of the institution we are lending to, borrowing from, shipping with, etc. It is more significant that the record of activity is linked to an organization than an individual.
Staff of institutions can be added as additional shipping addresses available in shipping records including the institution name and contact name.

Enter donors as individual constituents, link them as related records as spouse/partner
