DRP Plan
When you start a new plan or open an existing plan, you will see will see the following window for your DRP:
This is the title of your DRP plan. For CNS plans, the plan name should always begin with NASC – unit the plan refers to. A unit may be a department, a lab, or other entity that warrants its own DRP.
The headings running horizontally across the page are DRP categories. Detailed information about each category will be covered in the next section.
The vertical menu items are subcategories. There are different sets of subcategories for each DRP category.
The Edit and Print functions in the right-hand column allow you to edit your DRP or print it. The print function will print the entire DRP plan. It is highly recommended that when you complete your plan, you print to PDF and save it to Box and Print a hard copy, and have it readily accessible to your office or lab.
The Guidance section provides clarification of some of the terminology used on the current page.
