Phase 7 – Plan Approval

There is no glossary or interview form for phase 7.  Instructions, such as they are, are included here as well as an attachment (word document) for reference.

Phase 7 is plan approval.   Each plan, once complete, must be approved by CNS OIT and by the unit head (Chair, Director, etc).

Once a plan is approved, a paper copy will be created to be stored by the unit, and a second paper copy will be created to be stored by the college. These paper copies are in addition to the on-line electronic version. Additional copies can be created if desired (to store at data centers, etc). All hard-copies must be appropriately protected to ensure the integrity of the document and the confidentiality of any data in the document.
