When selecting full run or full lane please use the table below to determine the number of reads to assign to each individual library or pool.  The total number of reads for each library/pool should add up to the total reads(SR) for each run type you are requesting in the job submission portal

• Example- 1 full NextSeq 1000 P1 SR100, 2 Illumina libraries
  • Split evenly, 50 million reads per library (100 million total)
  • Split unevenly- 10 million for library 1 and 90 million for library 2 (100 million total)
