Leads 9/10: outline for repairs
Dynamics: suspension and steering at the beginning and for the most part can be worked on separate until suspension extended control arm length finalized-ish
Wishbone elongate -
redesigning - two weeks
a bit dependent on comms w aeroshell and wheel cutouts
reinforce shell between access panel and wheel cutout w panel glue / layups / etc.
bearing inserts purchase after design changes to wishbone - two week wait time
manufacturing wishbones - waterjetting(?) = wait time
maybe need to re-sim the bellcranks (last prio)
Steering -
dependent on suspension new geometry and wheelcutout interference
purchasing a new rack - waiting time
new longer tie rods update cad and manufacture, helicoiling
steering column mount welding -
maybe need to order the tubes for it? - design and add to cad - 2 weeks? waiting time for order
then weld - midway through dynamics completion/after new rack for testing and fitting for compliance
Shock Extender - last in suspension
do we need to redesign? - machining time - 1.5 week
Fix tabs welding (low key fergo job) - new stronger/thicker tabs - last
want to maybe run sims on new/old frame tabs - parallelize
