  1. Create reference sketches for aeroshell 

  2. Create a base model of aeroshell for flat and curved top shell using reference sketches for members to change

  3. Individual parts

      1. Create X amount of designs

      2. Sim each one

    3. Canopy design

      1. Create X amount of designs

      2. Sim each one

  4. Wheel cover design

    1. Create X amount of designs

    2. Sim each one individually

  5. Coalesce Shell

    1. Integrate all designs to get a couple flat and curved top shell designs

    2. Run a bunch of simulations through anises, we have a lot of members so this should go fast

    3. Decide whether to use flat or curved top shell

  6. Finalize shell

    1. DEPENDENCIES —> frame, dynamics, emech enclosure locations, conversation about cooling 

    2. need to know locations of all cutouts and build into mold

  7. Make shell into reverse version to get mold

  • 8. Send out reverse shell for CNC (DEPENDENCY IS FINDING A CNC MACHINE —> Ops or composites)
