We initially utilized eight MAX chips, but by incorporating transistors and a decoder, we streamlined the system to a single MAX chip with eight outlets, resulting in increased efficiency and cost reduction. We selected the MMFTN6001 transistor for its small size and having a VT < 2V, VGSmax > 5V, VDSmax > 5V. We selected 74VHC238FT decoder for its small size and positive logic.
