Introduction and Background - Cant Do This

While looking for project ideas we saw a robotic art installation robot called the "Can't Help Myself Robot". This robot tries to keep itself operational by using a large wiper blade to retain the oil that is slowly leaking out of its base.

We decided to replicate this mechanism but limited to the sweeping motion and rotational motion while utilizing only one motor.
