How to Centrally Bill a Flight
Centrally Billing a flight means you will not have to use your own money to purchase the flight. The bill will be directly charged to the account your advisor is using to cover your travel expenses. Follow the steps below to Centrally Bill your airfare.
Step-by-step guide
Submit an RTA for your trip.
Wait until your RTA has been finalized. When finalized, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation.
You need two pieces of information from your confirmation email:
RTA Number (begins with the letters “TV” then some numbers)
Doc ID (Begins with something like 50VE5 then some numbers)
Book your flight through UT’s Travel Agency, Anthony Travel. You may call them and speak to an agent or use the online system.
