Current faculty/student news and events can be submitted for promotion via email to Danni Bens. When submitting news and events, be sure to have a hi res image (with credit) attached for circulation on our news feed and social media.
Alumni news for graduates of UT’s Department of Art and Art History can be submitted at the following link for circulation on the College of Fine Arts’s news feed: Send us Your News

Promoting Events

If you would like for a departmentally sponsored event to be promoted on the department website, in a weekly events email, on social media, please submit the following form: AAH Event Promotion Form – Fill out form
The AAH Event Promotion Form is for a lecture/talk by a single speaker on one day. If organizing a multi-speaker/ multi-day event (symposium, etc), please contact Danni directly to discuss promotional needs. (danni.bens@austin.utexas.edu)
You must submit this form at least 3 weeks in advance of the event you’re organizing.
Hunter will create flyers/promotional material for the event if you indicate on the form that you need promotional assets made.
