⏳ Response Time

Room reservations are a secondary responsibility for staff in this building. Please allow at least 72 hours for a response. If your request is made with less than 72 hours’ notice, we recommend visiting in person during regular work hours.

Note: Email is not monitored 24/7, so urgent requests may not be seen in time.

🏛️ Faculty Priority

These rooms are not first-come, first-served. Faculty have priority access, and existing reservations may be moved to alternate spaces if needed.

We do our best to accommodate everyone, but due to limited space, we appreciate your understanding.

🔑 Access Requests

If you believe you should have access to make your own reservations and currently do not have access, please email Laura Jefferies with your EID and current school year and she will submit a request for your access. This request may take up to 3 weeks to be granted.
