Advising:  Each semester students should complete the advising form and work with a faculty member to approve your course plan.

To begin you will need your supervisor/advisor’s EID. See https://directory.utexas.edu/

The completed form must be returned by the 4th class day of the Fall/Spring (2nd class day of the Summer) semester to the Graduate Coordinator.

Report of the Dissertation Committee is the final signature page.
