Purchasing Lab Equipment

Purchasing Lab Equipment

Contact Valerie Croft at vcroft@che.utexas.edu or 512-471-2023 in CPE 1.450C to request access to procurement and purchasing systems.  To initiate a purchase, submit a completed Department Requisition Form with current online catalog pricing (or a quote) to Valerie.  Email submission is preferred.  Additional documents may be required depending upon the amount of the purchase request, the funding used, and the pool of vendors available to fill the request.  Please do not submit purchase requests to vendors directly without prior authorization.

Fellowship students will need to have a zero-hour University Affiliate assignment created so that they can be authorized to use UT Market, the online procurement tool. Contact your group administrator or the executive assistant for assignments.
