Insurance Waivers

International GRAs and TAs will need to complete the student employment insurance waiver to decline student health insurance.

For international students using SHIP for the Spring AND planning to graduate in the Spring, you will need to waive the Summer SHIP costs. You can find the form and instructions to complete the summer waiver on the ISSS website, linked above. If you wind up not graduating in the Spring, you can always request the waiver to be removed, but if you don't request the waiver, you will be charged for summer insurance and this charge can not be refunded.
