Registration Errors
*Make sure you are following the changing registration timeframe procedures
If you experience a "restricted" course registration error you will see the reason of the error at the top of the page
Please do the following:
1.Email the professor that is teaching the course explaining that you would like to enroll in their course for the semester. Please include your name, EID, and unique number.
2. If the professor approves you being in their course, next, forward the approval email the Graduate Program Administrator of that department with your EID, and the unique IDs of the courses you are trying to register for.
3. Copy all emails to chemegrad@utexas.edu
- Here is sample email: Hello, Dr XX has approved me to be in their (name course here) for term 20XX. Please provide the next steps for my registration. Thank you
