Guidelines on sponsoring international nonemployee research affiliates

All volunteers must go through a criminal background check. Their volunteer assignment should be entered in Workday- job code A008. Volunteers can only be appointed for a maximum of 2 years at a time. Once their assignment is entered in Workday they will be required to complete online compliance training.
