AVID - Media Composer First - How To Export an .h264 QuickTime

Go to your Sequences Bin

Select the sequence in the bin

that you would like to export

Enter the QuickTime title where it says Name

Type - Video and Audio

Codec H.264

Quality - Best

Audio - Stereo

Choose SET to set the destination for the saved

file

Then Choose OK

Quit Media Composer if you are finished.
