Documentation Working Group (2018 - )

The goals of the Documentation Working Group include:

• Create standards and templates for technical documentation (metadata styleguides, workflows, etc.) that can be made available to the broader campus community

• Determine the resources required to support a central documentation repository (platform, publishing process/vetting, hosting, outreach so that people know that it is available)

The success of this working group depends on:

• Members that feel there is a need for campus-wide knowledge management around digital asset management/digital preservation/metadata workflows  

• Members whose experience and expertise are needed to support the ongoing development of core digital infrastructure across campus
