October 1 – Merit Documents Due (FAR, Publication Database, CV & Faculty Reflection Summaries)
Note: to be eligible for a merit raise, review materials must be submitted by this deadline.
October 14 – Box Folders ready for Review Committees
October 17- February 6 – Review committees meet & complete summaries
February 1 – Deadline to invoke right of consideration
February 7 – Completed Merit Reviews, Comprehensive Post-Tenure, Mid-Term and Mid-Probationary Reviews Due to Administrative Manager
-Final review committee meeting (Committee Chairs + Dept. Chair)February 10 – Budget Council Meeting to vote on which faculty will go up for promotion, and will discuss any unsatisfactory Comprehensive, Mid-Probationary and Mid-Rank reviews.
February 20- Comprehensive Memo due to dean’s office.
February 20-24 (week of)– Individual faculty meetings with Dept. Chair
All TT and Professional Track faculty, unless they’re a 1st-year faculty or received a Comprehensive, Mid-Probationary or Mid-Rank review.February 20: 1st Year Faculty Merit Materials Due
March 1 –-15 – Department Chair Meetings with 1st Year Faculty, Mid-Probationary Faculty, Mid- Rank and Comprehensive Post-Tenure Faculty
March 1-31 – By March 31, notify faculty member of upcoming Post-Tenure Review AY23-24
