Print Legibly in Virtel Web Client (tn3270 replacement)

This how to is intended to address the issue where printouts from the web tn3270 client are a very light gray and difficult to read.

Update your Virtel Print Settings

  1. Login to the Virtel Print client

  2. Click on the gear icon for Settings

  3. Select White in the Print Style options

  4. Save

Use "Screen Capture" to Print Moving Forward

  1. Using File > Print will not honor your new print style settings.  Instead, Click the camera icon for a Screen Capture

  2. Click Print on the screen capture, which should have a white background and dark text.

  3. Click Print in your normal Print dialog box

  4. You are Done!
