Create a SMEAR ticket to:
Order a new continuing resource (print, print + online, or online only)
Cancel a continuing resource
Order a new electronic database subscription
Modify the format or other details of an existing continuing resource order
Purchase an electronic resource with one-time funds
Request a one-time purchase that can’t be ordered through BEVO or GOBI
Start a license
Create a TAP ticket to:
Report problems accessing electronic resources, including subscribed databases, e-journals, and e-books
Report problems with Summon
Report EZ proxy or IP authentication problems
Report broken links, coverage errors, and other incorrect information in library search tools (360 Link, Summon, catalog, library website)
Request that an open access resource be added to 360 Link or the catalog
Request adds or changes to the Database in our Database A-Z on LibGuides
Bibliographic record and item record updates
Call number updates, call number not displaying
Withdrawals, last item to be withdrawn
Duplicate records, duplicate call numbers
Call number reclassification
Electronic resource linking (856 URL) problems
Record suppressions and deletions
CURRENT ISSUES message updates on serial records
