Retrieve signature after Outlook upgrade.
To retrieve a signature from your Outlook Sent Items folder, find an email with the signature in your Sent Items, select the signature text, copy it, then open the Outlook signature editor, create a new signature, and paste the copied content.
Steps to Copy and Create a Signature from the Sent Items Folder
Find a Sent Email: Open your Outlook client and go to your Sent Items folder.
Locate the Signature: Find a previously sent email that contains the signature you want to copy.
Select and Copy the Signature:
o Highlight the signature text in the email's body.
o Right-click on the highlighted text and select Copy.
Open the Signature Editor:
o Click on File in the top-left corner of Outlook.
o Select Options.
o Go to Mail and then click Signatures.
Create a New Signature:
o In the "Signatures and Stationery" dialog box, click New.
o Give your new signature a name and click OK.
Paste and Save:
o Click into the "Edit signature" text box.
o Paste the copied signature.
o Click OK to save the new signature.
