CMB 2.124 Foley/Atmos Audio Mix Studio
The Foley/Atmos Audio Mix Studio, located at CMB 2.124A in the Jesse H. Jones Communication Center - Building B (CMB), provides audio recording control, editing, and sound mixing. The room is a large, private audio recording control, editing, and mix room with Atmos surround speakers and attached Foley performance studio.
The primary editing station features dual-screen PC monitors, audio monitor controller, HD projection, and calibrated 7.1.4 Atmos surround speakers. This station allows for Foley & ADR recording, audio post-production editing, and Atmos surround audio mixing using industry standard software tools.
NOTE:Access to these facilities is limited to students currently enrolled in specific advanced coursework in the Moody College of Communication. All users are required to read and consent to our Mix Recording Studio Policy. |
