A Guide to Physics Education Conferences

Abstract: APS, AAPT, PERC, FFPER, PhysTEC.  It sometimes feels like you need a degree in cryptography just to figure out what conferences you should attend.  I will outline the size, topics, and participants of the main conferences for physics education and physics education research.  I will also share some of the highlights from last month's meeting of the American Association of Physics Teachers.  The last third of this presentation will devoted to helping people identify talks and posters they could present at this summer's AAPT meeting as well as funding to help cover travel expenses.
