Help Pages (public facing)

There are two main hubs for information, for different audiences:

1) https://utexas.atlassian.net/wiki/display/questla/ (commonly called "the quest wiki", "help pages")

Provides technical help to common current user (instructors, TAs, and students) questions. Frequently referenced (in canned responses) includes:

Student unable to access and getting spinney wheel of death? Clear your cache (#1 here)

Instructors wondering if there's a way to randomize the question order in a learning module (a: no, but can pool questions), or ensure students will get enhanced variation (ie more than just the same question with number randomization different for most students)? Pool questions

Instructor/TA granting late submit (and/or confused if having an SSD/ADA time extension automatically offers more time- a: yes, but extra time may be stepped on by due date)? When in doubt, grant a late submit.

   ...and so, so much more!

It might because I am more fond and familiar with the material here, but for fielding OST it is useful to be very familiar with these resources to refer to. If a question surfaces more than three times, I think it's worthy of creating a page clarifying the confusion and pointing people to it.

2)  https://getquest.cns.utexas.edu/ (commonly called "get quest")

Public facing advertisement sometimes seen before user (usually high school instructor) has signed up. Offers billing info, W9 request, and form on how to sign up. These are important in Jess' domain.
