Change semester of a class

The process is as follows:

• Masq as the instructor to see what courses in what semester are being talked about

  • drill into the course and get the course.id in the address line

• Head to CUA Drill Down Page (via inst admin, selecting the appropriate bucket. ex for high school: https://quest.cns.utexas.edu/institutionadmin/institutions/show?institution=15343&&tab_0=undefined)

  • enter the course.id (on beta = none, at bottom type in courseunique.id under course && courseunique). Eliminate hanging spaces at the end, and hit view

  • (no beta: select appropriate class with correct instructor)

  • change semester (no beta -> click green + to the right to expand this section; on beta/lbtest: select change semester from bottom drop down)

  • move class to target semester requested and hit edit 

• check at top for confirmation of the updated semester: home icon, school name, UPDATED SEMESTER, class name.
