Process is as follows in OS Ticket:

  1. Go to the Post Reply section and select "Instructor Sign Up - Sign-up form needed" canned response.

  2. Sign name.

  3. Ticket Status drop down menu should be set to "Resolved"

  4. Click Post Reply to close the ticket.
