If clearing the browser cache does not work...

When more than clearing cache is required

  • Have the student reboot their computer

 

  • Have the student use Google chrome as their web browser to access Quest.

    • The student should not launch other applications in the web browser tabs or other windows.

 

  • If there are still issues please set up the web browser settings to clear the following from the cache automatically:

    • browsing history

    • download history

    • cookies and other site data

    • cached images and files

Please close the web browser and restart the application for the cache setting to go into effect.

 

  • If there are still issues does the student have the most current updates for their OS as well as current security patches? If not please update the computer and reboot.
