If clearing the browser cache does not work...
When more than clearing cache is required
Have the student reboot their computer
Have the student use Google chrome as their web browser to access Quest.
The student should not launch other applications in the web browser tabs or other windows.
If there are still issues please set up the web browser settings to clear the following from the cache automatically:
browsing history
download history
cookies and other site data
cached images and files
Please close the web browser and restart the application for the cache setting to go into effect.
If there are still issues does the student have the most current updates for their OS as well as current security patches? If not please update the computer and reboot.
