Faculty Annual Review

Explanation of Review:

For the Faculty Annual Review we must provide (a) an assessment of each faculty members’ level of activity in each area of contribution, and (b) ratings of their overall contributions. Below is information about the rating scheme.

Assessment of activity levels:

Teaching assessment (T):            

2 = Exceeds expectations 1 = Meets expectations                 0 = Does not meet expectations

Service activity levels (S):

2 = Highly Active                                               1 = Moderately Active                    0 = Inactive

Diversity (D):

2 = Exceeds expectations             1 = Meets expectations                 0 = Does not meet expectations

Research activity levels (R):         

2 = Highly Active                                   1 = Moderately Active                    0 = Inactive


Ratings:  Letter / Numeric-decimal

E / 3 = exceeds expectations

M / 2 = meets expectations

DNM / 1 = does not meet expectations

US / 0 = unsatisfactory

N/A = Not applicable


For the ratings, a “whole number” (letter) ratings (E, M, DNM, US, N/A) must be reported for each faculty.
