Verified Certificate Process

When cohorts are enabled, each student must be in at most one cohort. Thus, one cohort must be set to automatic while the other one is set to manual assignment.

No Verified Cert is set to assign automatically

VerifiedCert will be manually assigned.

Process

1. Once the user enrolls, they will automatically be placed in the No Verified Cert cohort
2. Repeat Daily:
   1. In the instructor dashboard -> data download, export the "Generate Grade Report." This will generate a cvs file. 
   2. Run script (script documentation will be inserted later) to produce the list of emails who are verified.
   3. In the instructor dashboard -> cohorts, switch to the "VerifiedCert" cohort and copy and paste the emails into the input field.
   4. "Add students"
   5. Email the list of students with the template.
