How to Report Meridian Errors

Please do the following:

1. Make sure the error screen is selected.
2. Press the Windows Logo key, Alt key, and Print Screen key all at the same time.
3. This will take a picture of the error screen by itself without any of the background.

4. Paste the picture in an email.

5. In the to field enter: meridian@austin.utexas.edu

6. In the subject field put: Meridian Error – your department - date

7. In the body of the email, describe what you were doing when the error occurred.
This will help us narrow down where the problem is and fix it.
