Meridian Error Number -2147221164

This error was reported when the client was trying to release documents they had updated in PowerUser.

These errors were caused by the client using the older 32bit version of Meridian PowerUser, while trying to add documents. 

The solution was to update the clients Meridian PowerUser to the latest 64bit version.
