Systems Access

For access to Undergraduate College’s Amazon Business profile, you may complete the System Access survey or email uc.boss@austin.utexas.edu

Your Amazon purchases will be reviewed and approved by the UC Business Office team. Final copies of your invoices including goods received date should be uploaded to your departmental ProCard folder via UT Box for the monthly reconciliation process.

To request access to Define, please submit a System Access survey. Our DPUSER will provide you with your Define logon once finalized. If you are having issues accessing information in Define, please contact uc.boss@austin.utexas.edu or submit a HELP! Request for further assistance.

To request access to the Vendor Information System, you have three options.
