LSF file transfers to Box

LSF - Reports

LSF - Reports is the Box folder destination for file transfers from LSF.

Before configuring WinSCP you must have editor permission to the folder. Contact Ben Rodriguez to have your account added to the folder for access.

Create a Box-specific password

Single sign-on (SSO) is enabled for utexas.box.com but is not supported in Box FTP. You must create a Box-specific password for Box FTP. To do this, use a browser to log in to utexas.box.com and go to Account Settings > Account. Then scroll down (if necessary) to the Authentication section to create a password or optionally reset if you have forgotten your current password.

Troubleshooting

I don't see the LSF - Reports folder when I sign into Box or Box FTP

See LSF - Reports

WinSCP error on launch

Uninstall then install WinSCP

WinSCP found an update but I am prompted for administrator credentials when I try to update.

Automated patching will apply the update at a future time. There is no action required on your part. Cancel the WinSCP update prompt.

For fresh installs, return to Software Center's Updates section after installing WinSCP to check for available updates if you know the installed version is out of date.

When I transfer files to LSF - Reports I get an error in WinSCP
