Problem
When cutting their materials, users can often see large flames about 1-2" tall under the laser and immediately extinguished.
These flames are due to the C02 Air assist system not being completely open.
Solution
Ensure the C02 Air assist switch on the carriage is rotated towards you. (see image)
AIR ASSIST SHOULD ALWAYS BE ON
