Exhibition Object Batch Updates

Update multiple object statuses, gallery sections, and case information.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open linked Objects in list view

2. Select objects to update and click the vertical ellipses

   Open

   

3. Select "Batch Update selected Exhibition Object Xrefs" 

4. In the update widget, select the field to update

   1. at this time, the only batch fields approved to batch update are Object Status, Section, Sub-section, and Case number

5. Click Initialize button to load the selected field options

6. Type or select the field to apply to your selection

7. Click Apply
