End Of Night Procedure

  1. Close the mirror cover by pressing "Close Cover" on the console until illuminated.

  2. Then press "Open Cover" for two seconds to leave the mirror partially open.   

  3. Close the wind screen.

  4. Close the dome shutter

  5. Park the dome via TCSGUI so that the shutters are facing west.

  6. Move the telescope to the stow position on the TCSGUI 

    1. on "Next" Menu - choose "Stow" position 

    2. click "Go Next"  

  7. Close the slide on the Calibration Unit

  8. Power down the telescope by pushing "E-Stop"

  9. Fill out the night report
